What does this mean?

Being an RAC Approved Dealer means you’re dealing with a brand you can trust. The RAC wouldn’t partner with a dealership whodidn’t share their attitude to supporting the customer by delivering the best possible experience. It means we comply to a code that is Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) approved, a not-for-profit organisation that ensures trading standards are being met.

Our quality checked used cars have been given an 82 point inspection. Our work is audited by the RAC.

RAC WARRANTY

An RAC Platinum or Gold Warranty
(Cover level based on age and mileage of vehicle)

RAC BREAKDOWN COVER

Vehicle based breakdown including Roadside, Recovery, At Home and Onwards Travel. (for the duration of Warranty Cover)

CAR DATA CHECK

Ensures the vehicle you are buying isn't stolen, hasn't been written off or has any outstanding finance.

Extend your 6 month Platinum warranty

RAC Platinum Maintenance & Breakdown covers ALL Mechanical & Electrical components for failure to perform their normal function. Platinum Maintenance & Breakdown is available for vehicles up to 8 Years with less than 80,000 miles at inception.

There are no mileage restrictions after inception and obviously there are a few exceptions such as service items, wear and tear items such as brake pads plus of course components that are not mechanical or electrical such as glass or bodywork. Please ask our Sales Consultant for the full component coverage and terms and conditions.

RAC Gold Maintenance & Breakdown covers specifically listed components for failure to perform their normal function. Gold maintenance and Breakdown is available for vehicles up to 12 Years with less than 120,000 miles at inception.

This product covers the majority of the vehicle's components including many high technology parts. However it is listed parts only and as with Platinum does not cover service items, wear & tear items and non-mechanical components. There are no mileage restrictions after inception. Warranty Assistance

If you wish to claim against your RAC Warranty, you can book your repair at an RAC Approved Garage by visiting rac.co.uk/warrantyclaim, or at any VAT registered garage.

Please take your RAC Warranty documents given to you at time of purchase to the chosen repairer, they will check your details and advise you further.
